    *Soft Launch promotion is available for any event in 2025-2026 as long as it’s booked by March 31, 2026. Rates and terms will change after this period.

    We start at a minimum of 3 tents: $300
    Each additional tent: $75 per tent

    *Each guest should bring their own pillow for hygiene reasons. We do provide a soft throw blanket, but for something warmer, they can bring an additional blanket.

  • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $50 are required to reserve your event date. Submitting an inquiry form does not secure your date.

    A separate, refundable damage fee of $100 is required and returned if no Play + Dwell property is damaged. For more information, head over to the FAQ page!
